Almond Butter Protein Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Almond Butter
  • 1/4 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 3 Egg Whites
    • Or 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp. Baking Powder
  • Stevia to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F
  2. In a bowl, mix the egg whites and almond butter until smooth.
  3. Add in the remaining ingredients and blend until a dough forms.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking oil.
  5. Spoon the dough onto the baking sheet.
    • Makes about 10 cookies.
  6. Bake for 8 minutes.
  7. Let cool and enjoy!
